SmoothStar support is here to help answer your questions. However, you may find your answer waiting for you in our very detailed FAQ.

SmoothStar Support Response Times

On Average, our response times are:
Less than 24 hours - All non-peak times, business days only
Less than 48 hours - Peak times such as the lead up to Christmas or Mondays, business days only.

Saturday/Sunday Support - SmoothStar support is unavailable at this time but we may offer this in the future.

If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please contact us via email only, quoting your ticket number in the subject line. Do not create a new ticket by raising a new query.

If your issue is urgent and needs a timely response e.g. change order, change delivery address, or cancel the order, please first raise a ticket through one of the above channels and then call us quoting the ticket number.

Support Hours

SmoothStar Support hours are between 10am to 5pm Western European Time (GMT+1) Monday - Friday.

Warranty Questions

If you have a warranty question/enquiry, please go to the SmoothStar warranty page to first understand SmoothStar’s warranty policy. At the bottom of the warranty information, use the online form to contact us. Please do not use the channels below to process warranty claims. Typical warranty claims take longer to respond to and solve than regular SmoothStar queries. If you are unsure, please email the support team.
